葱片断生以后起锅调味:加入少许白糖,食盐2克,鸡精1克,料酒5克,翻炒化开调料,淋入少许明油提亮色泽,勾入一点水淀粉,让料汁更好地吸附在食材表面,翻炒均匀后即可出锅。一道鲜香嫩滑的葱爆牛肉就做好了。
